I provide the Buyer with the most current market data of homes or condos which have sold recently and are similar to the Buyer's preferred property of interest so the Buyer can make a well-informed purchase decision. I also prepare legally-binding offers to purchase and/or counter offers at the Buyer's direction and offer access to various lenders and/or legal representation.
I will do my very best to assist the Buyer in locating that "special" home or condo within the Buyer's range of affordability.
